Integration and automation

Management systems and process integration for SMBs

We connect the systems you already use so data is entered once and available to everyone. Integration, automation and custom software for small and mid-sized companies in Villa Mercedes and San Luis, Argentina.

What most companies arrive with

  • The same sale gets entered in the system, in a spreadsheet and in a chat.
  • Every area keeps its own Excel file and none of them match.
  • Checking how the month is going means asking four different people.
  • They bought a system the team ended up half-using.

What we do

We follow the real path of a piece of data: where it starts, who touches it, how many times it gets retyped. That path almost never matches the org chart, and that is where the redundant steps show up.

Then we connect what already exists. Most small companies do not need to replace their systems: they need the systems they have to talk to each other.

How we approach software

We do not start by buying a tool. First we define what data each area needs, who maintains it and how it should flow. Only then is it clear whether new software is needed or whether ordering and connecting is enough.

Integrations
Sales, inventory and accounting share the same information without manual re-entry.
Automation
Repeated tasks — reports, alerts, cross-checks — stop depending on someone remembering.
Custom development
When no tool fits, we build the specific piece. Not a whole ERP to solve one form.
Dashboards
One place to see how the operation is running, with numbers everyone reads the same way.

Why implementations fail, and how we avoid it

A system gets abandoned when it adds work for people who are already busy. So we test each change with the people who will use it before scaling, and adjust based on what real use reveals.

The project ends when the team can sustain the new way of working without us. We document what changed and why.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to replace the system we use today?
Almost never. In most cases the current system is fine and the problem is that it does not talk to the rest, or that it is only half-used. We measure that first; replacing a system is the last option, not the first.
Do you work with companies that have no IT department?
Yes, that is the most common case. You do not need an internal technical lead: we handle the technical side and leave day-to-day operation with the team you already have.
How long does an integration take?
It depends on how many systems are involved and how accessible their data is. A first useful piece is usually running in weeks rather than months: we prefer to deliver something that already helps and build from there.
What if the team resists the change?
We expect that and treat it as part of the work, not an obstacle. That is why we gather requirements by talking to the people doing the task and test changes with them before rolling out. A change nobody understands does not last.

The other areas

Almost no problem lives in a single area. These are the other two, handled with the same criteria.
