Management control and financial advisory for SMBs

Budgets, indicators and management control so you know how the month is going before it ends. Financial advisory and access to financing for small and mid-sized companies in San Luis, Argentina.

What most companies arrive with

  • You only learn the month's result halfway through the next one.
  • Sales are there but cash never is, and it is unclear where it goes.
  • Nobody knows what each product or service really costs.
  • A financing opportunity appears and there are no numbers ready to present.

What we do

We organize financial information so it supports decisions, not just tax compliance. Those are two different goals and they get confused constantly: accounting looks backward, management control looks at what is coming.

We start with what exists. Usually the information is there — scattered and late. The first job is making it arrive on time.

What we work on

Real costs
What each product, service or client actually costs, indirect expenses included. Without that, pricing is guesswork.
Budget and forecast
A scenario for the year, reviewed periodically, so deviations show up while they can still be corrected.
Cash flow
When money comes in and when it goes out. This is what prevents the end-of-month surprise while sales are growing.
Indicators
Few, clear, and always the same ones. One dashboard everyone reads the same way beats twenty numbers nobody looks at.

Financing and capital markets

Many SMB financing instruments go unused for lack of organized information, not lack of access. Deferred payment checks, corporate notes, subsidized credit lines and provincial programs all ask for the same thing: consistent, presentable numbers.

We prepare that information and support the application. The goal is not to take on debt: it is for financing to be a decision rather than an emergency measure.

How it holds up afterward

A dashboard that depends on us is useless. We define who updates each figure and how often, and hand the running process to the internal team.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace our accountant?
No, and it should not. Your accountant handles tax and statutory obligations. Management control takes that information and turns it into something useful for decisions going forward. We work alongside the accountant, not instead of them.
Is it worth it for a small company?
Yes. The smaller the structure, the more each pricing or purchasing decision weighs. You do not need a large finance department: you need the few numbers that matter to arrive on time.
Do you help us obtain financing?
We prepare the information banks, capital markets and provincial programs ask for, and support the application. We are not financial intermediaries and we do not charge commission on credit obtained.
How long until we see something useful?
An organized first close and a cash flow forecast are usually ready within the first few weeks. Per-product costs take longer, because they depend on operational data that sometimes has to start being recorded.

The other areas

Almost no problem lives in a single area. These are the other two, handled with the same criteria.
