What we do
Stock problems are rarely warehouse problems: they are information problems. If a movement is recorded late or not at all, no system will show reality.
We follow the physical path and the data path in parallel: what comes in, what goes out, when it gets recorded and who records it. That is where the gap between the system and the shelf appears.

Where it connects to the rest
Logistics is where the other two areas' problems become visible. Stock that does not reconcile is usually a systems integration problem, and an emergency purchase is almost always a cash flow problem.
That is why we work all three areas with the same criteria, even when a project starts through only one.
Frequently asked questions
- Do we need a new system to fix stock?
- Usually not. The gap between system and warehouse normally comes from when and how movements are recorded, not from the tool. We fix the recording process first; if software is still missing after that, we evaluate it.
- Do you work with small warehouses?
- Yes. In small structures the knowledge tends to live in one or two people's heads, and that works until someone is away. Part of the work is making the criteria explicit so it does not depend on anyone's memory.
- How long before inventory improves?
- The recording process can change within weeks. Inventory reliability recovers more gradually, through cycle counts: it gets corrected in parts instead of stopping everything for a full count.
- Does this include transport and distribution?
- We work on delivery planning, prioritization and performance indicators. We do not operate fleets and we are not a logistics operator: we organize the decision, not the transport.
